“After a 12-year career in Human Resources within various industries, later in consulting, and after being disappointed at the generic approach in the sourcing and the recruitment industry, I decided that I needed to provide a unique, fresh, and improved service to both the job seeker and to business.
If I was having such a difficult time with the talent sourcing providers who, in my opinion, were primarily concerned with making a quick buck, I decided that it was time for my entrance to the industry and there was born The Talent Space. The name aligns with our belief that in any given moment of time there exists a great opportunity to own your space.
From way back in time when I undertook talent sourcing as a value add to my generalist role in Human Resources I have always had a flair and passion for recruitment, often sourcing talent candidates proactively prior to the need. I am capable to build and maintain relationships with both the job seeker and business
I do not plan to reinvent the industry but more to improve on it by providing a customised unique approach. I strongly believe that we are missing the human experience in the process and for this reason, The Talent Space will be the difference you are searching for. Finding ourselves in an ongoing global pandemic, we realized we had to change the way we work and adapt to the new norms of flexible hours, flexible workplaces, and hybrid models.
As a South African female, and in total awareness of the harsh reality of the unemployment rate in this country, my mission is to support job seekers from grassroots development initiatives to experienced professionals seeking their next career move.

We are passionate about giving back to communities we come from and operate in.
Corporate social investment initiatives have always been our pet passion, from creating a library in the townships or supporting a soup kitchen we are involved in the projects from inception. Our current projects are a sanitary pad drive and feeding scheme for learners at a primary school. We are actively involved in outreach projects monthly.
We were involved in the sourcing and placement of 3 graduate trainees across various industries free of placement fees, a practice we commit to undertake annually.
Self-development – Mindfulness in our daily lives
Energise. Enlighten. Encourage
After years of introspection and growth during my own journey, I realize the value of incorporating mindfulness practices in our daily lives. We often lead busy lives and make no time to introspect and go within, this practice provides the tools and equips one with coping mechanisms for their daily lives. The sessions work particularly well with school kids and young adults.
